Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
All sessions within Union County are included in the package fee. For sessions or weddings that require travel beyond 50 miles, fees that are appropriate to the mileage and travel costs will be added to the package.
Do you travel for Clients outside of oregon?
I do! I love traveling, and would be happy to visit you! In fact, if you'd like me to come to your area for a session, I have a referral plan that gives you a discount on your session when 2 or more of your local friends book me for the same weekend. For international travel, I am passport ready and have a bucket list!
What is the booking process? Do I pay a deposit?
All portrait sessions require a contract and nonrefundable retainer of 50% of the session fee to hold a date and time, with the remaining balance due on the session day.
Wedding packages are booked with a contract and nonrefundable retainer of 20% of the session fee, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Payment plans are available for all sessions by request. I offer custom plans, or you can utilize Afterpay at checkout.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
All portrait sessions will be delivered via private gallery 3-4 weeks after the session date. Wedding galleries are delivered 4-6 weeks after the event date. You will receive an email containing your gallery, which you are able to share with friends and family in addition to downloading images and ordering prints from your session.
